To accommodate this monumental expansion, the event will be hosted by three countries – Canada, Mexico, and the USA. BMO Field will add an additional 17,756 seats in anticipation for high ticket sales for the World Cup in 2026, bringing the capacity to a total 45,736. The venue offers premium seating, a natural grass pitch, and a state-of-the-art heating system that allows grass to grow even in the cold Canadian months.
